DIY DAHLIA BUCKETS
Do-it-yourself dahlia buckets are perfect if you want premium focal flowers for your small event arrangements—engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, girls nights-in, anniversaries, birthday parties and even budget-conscious weddings.
It’s simple. You choose the color palette, and we fill the buckets with fresh, vibrant dahlias in all forms and sizes so you can create gorgeous arrangements for your special event

AVAILABILITY
We are accepting dahlia buck pre-orders for events happening during our dahlia growing season of August - September.
Dahlia bucket orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure we can provide the color palette requested.

STEM COUNT
Our DIY dahlia buckets come with 40 premium dahlia stems.
Approximately 40 dahlias can make 6-8 mason jar size arrangements (this includes greens/fillers which Dahlias & Dogwood does not offer).
Blooms range in size from 2 - 6 inches and have at least a 14-inch stem length.

DIY Dahlia Buckets — $125
Price includes 40 dahlia stems in a bucket of water.
Need more than 40 stems but not a full extra bucket?
Additional stems are $3 each, plus a $5 bucket fee (since you’ll need another bucket for transport).
COLOR REQUESTS
We cannot accommodate specific dahlia variety requests, but are happy to accommodate color palette requests.

PICKUP
Our dahlia buckets are for pickup only.
We recommend picking up your buckets 1-2 days before your event so they remain as fresh as possible.

TRANSPORT & FLOWER CARE
We recommend bringing a container or box to transport your flower buckets so they don't tip over during the drive. There will be water in each bucket so you may want to bring a towel to protect your car from splashing.
Dahlias should not be transported in the back of a truck, in the trunk of a car, or in a vehicle without air-conditioning.
Once cut, dahlias have a vase life of 3-5 days.
Remove them from your vehicle as soon as possible and keep them in an air conditioned, shaded place away from direct sunlight and heat sources until you're ready to use them.
Change their water daily and re-cut stems when you're ready to arrange.
